In 1998, God gave to Pastor Erica Stanley a dream. In this dream, many people were inside of a building crying out to the Lord. Sometime later, in yet another dream, God gave Pastor Stanley the name Masterpiece. Not only did Pastor Stanley write these dreams down in her notebook, she wrote them across her heart and waited for God's appointed time for these dreams to manifest.

On September 1, 2009, as Pastor Stanley walked to the corner of Maryland and North Avenue, she observed so many people who were getting high on drugs. At that time, God asked Pastor Stanley “Will you feed my sheep?" With enthusiasm, Pastor Stanley answered, "Yes!" and immediately her new journey began.

On October 1, 2010 Masterpiece Community Connection Ministries (MCCM) began its ministry service in the basement of Samester Apartments at 7022 Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. MCCM's first founding members were Kiev Williams and her daughter Kelaysha Williams. A couple of months later, led by a desire in her heart, Pastor Stanley started The Last Supper ministry which was an outreach effort to feed the homeless and those on drugs. The ministry group spent countless hours making sandwiches and providing water to feed God's sheep. The group set up camp in front of an area liquor store on Park Heights and Belvedere Avenue. As the people received their food and water, the minister proclaimed to them, "With this water (Christ Jesus)you will never thirst again." Because of that ministry, many people were led to Christ.

On October 1, 2012, MCCM was officially established as a church. As the result of its growing ministry, MCCM moved to 1407 Lochner Road in Baltimore. Fulfilling our mission, MCCM canvassed Lockwood Apartment Complex providing outreach, education and love. Once again, souls were won for the kingdom. That November, the ministry initiated its annual day of service donating over 100 Thanksgiving baskets to needy families in Baltimore. In December, Christmas in Lochwood was implemented giving gifts to children and offering them a day of fun, food and the knowledge that someone truly cares for them. Youth from our community were also blessed with a trip to Boston, MA for a Youth Convention where they received a powerful word from God and were filled of the Holy Spirit. All of MCCM's ministries have continued to grow and win souls for the Kingdom.

In September of 2014, the Lord called Masterpiece to fast and pray regarding a new building. At the end of that fast, God blessed MCCM with a 7000 square foot building which was once a bowling alley which has been renovated and transformed into a house of worship and multiplex center at 4443 Belair Road Baltimore MD. During our time of doing ministry MCCM formed partnership with Baltimore Medical Systems, Belair-Edison neighbor Inc. and Belair Edison association to provide services in the community. In December 2018 MCCM received a word “New Beginning” Isaiah 43:18-19 which included moving the church to a new location 5301 Harford Road Baltimore MD. As a growing ministry our vision is to continue serving in the East Baltimore community by providing a after school computer lab, food distribution center, workshop center and a multicultural center connecting ministries that cross race, ethnic and other lines. Since its inception, Masterpiece Community Connection Ministries has strived to do what God ask-to feed His sheep. From that day on, the answer has been and will continue to be without hesitation a resounding “YES!”
