Elder Erica J. Stanley, born in Boston, Massachusetts, is the oldest of three siblings. She is the mother of one son, Jamari Stanley-Jones and two spiritual daughters, Kiev and Kelaysha “Kay-Kay” Williams. At the age of 19, Elder Stanley received the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and has been a faithful worker in the Kingdom since her conversion. In 2005, Elder Stanley received her degree in Biblical Studies from Bethel Seminary School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Elder Stanley’s work in the Kingdom of God stretches from Boston, Massachusetts to Baltimore, Maryland. Currently residing in Maryland, she served at Church of the Lord's Harvest (COTLH) in Laurel, Maryland under the leadership of Bishop Steven J. Smith, II.

Elder Stanley’s fundamental belief is that every person she comes in contact with is a candidate or soul to be won for the Kingdom of God. It is this fundamental belief and passion for more of God and less of self that compels Elder Stanley to be multifaceted in her ministries. She has held the servant position as the President of the Women's Ministry, Director of Outreach/Community Relations, Finance Team, The Christ Connecting Community Mime Ministry, and Vendor Coordinator for the Beth-El Churches of Christ National Holy Convocation.

Elder Stanley has been the Coordinator of The S + C Department of Project PLASE, Inc., which provides permanent housing and support to over 100 families, each headed by a disabled, formerly homeless individual in Baltimore City. As coordinator for the shelter plus care program, Elder. Stanley is very compassionate inspiring, and provides life changing service to the less fortunate. Motivated by faith and energized by purpose she devotes her personal and professional life to helping others. She served as lead for the team that placed a record number of 300 homeless individuals and families in permanent housing in a record amount of time.

As of October 1, 2010, in addition to the many hats she wears, Elder Erica Stanley is the Founder of Masterpiece Community Connection Ministry (MCCM) in Baltimore, Maryland. MCCM is a holistic outreach resource ministry, which ministers to the total man. The total man is ministered by providing prayer, the word of God, food for the soul and natural body that helps families to be equally balanced in life.

While serving in multiple capacities, Elder Stanley has helped break barriers in cultural differences through Harvest International Events. In these events she, along with her outreach team, has evangelized in the effort to win souls for Christ through prophetic tent revivals and simply ministering on the streets. She has also fought the HIV/AIDS epidemic through conferences and workshops supporting HIV/AIDS awareness. Elder Stanley has provided a plethora of other acts of benevolence to families and individuals alike when needed.

In 2010, Ms. Stanley was honored with the "Judge Robert Bell" award from Sojourner Douglass College for doing great work in the community.

In April 26, 2014 Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Kappa Chapter present the Phenomenal Woman of Color Award to Elder Erica Stanley for the outstanding work providing housing for the homeless community

In May 19, 2015 Elder Erica Stanley received a Certificate of Completion successfully completing Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc. Resident Market Leadership Academy. Demonstrating that she has the ability to lead, motivate and empower others.

Regardless of how she serves, Elder Stanley is always sharing a message of hope, encouragement and a message of God's Love.
